NATUCOAT TM enables REAL DIGITAL DYEING on NATURAL FABRICS
- You can use the same ink and same system for both of natural fabrics as well as synthetic fabrics.
- You can wash the printed fabric as many times as possible.
(Textile Pigment Printing does not have washing-resistance.)
- Color saturation is very strong (The benefit of disperse-dye ink can be applied to natural fabrics too)
- No contamination or ghost to unprinted area when folding
(After fixation, the fixed color does not move to other surface by touching, scrubbing or folding.)
- Soft-touch is just the same as the original fabric.
(Washing and drying will recover the original touch. Textile pigment ink will not give soft touch.)
Ink Product: Precoating Textile Printing Chemicals
1) Very special precoating chemical, to print 'sublimation ink' directly on 'natural textiles', like silk, cotton, jean, t-shirts and linen.
2) Direct-sublimation gives the best saturated colors and washability, even on Cotton and Silk, by help of this special coating chemical.
3) Precoating can be done roll-to-toll in coating factory or portable coating machine we provide in option.
4) For T-shirts printing, you can spray on T-shirts by using sprayer or spray can and dry it first. Then print with sublimation ink directly.
5) Post-processing of heating is required (TOPAZ Texcooker for rolls and Small Heat-press for T-shirts)• Tear-resistant strong paper.
